Peggy is the daughter of T.A. Miller and the late Anna Miller. She was preceded in death by her mother, grandparents and uncle.
Peggy’s loved ones left to cherish her memories are her husband, Randy Jordan; children, Tiffany (Blake) Downey, Tabby (Lance) Hatfield, Ricky Jones, Cody Jones; niece whom she loved like a daughter, Christie (Brandon) Clark; ex-husband of 26 years, Bo Jones; sister, Angela Thomas; grandchildren, Kaden Baker, Aiden Downey, Easton Hatfield, Nevaeh and Gracie Jones and children of Cody and Ricky Jones; nephew, Luke (Felicia) Howard; nieces, Britney (Jake) Forshee, Beth (Hayden) Tudors and Rachel Thomas along with several great nieces and nephews.
Peggy will always be remembered for her loving personality, she never met a stranger and everyone became her friend. She always had a contagious smile on her face. Peggy was an inspiration to many people and would do anything for anyone. From her years teaching preschool to being your local “Icee Lady” for over 20 years which was her life’s greatest joy. Peggy’s heart was larger than life and this was shown by the love she had for all her loved ones. Peggy will always be remembered as the lady that loved until the last beat of her heart.
The family will have visitation on Thursday, March 5th, 2020 from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm CST/ 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm EST and Friday, March 6th, 2020 from 12:00 noon to 8:00 pm CST /1:00 pm to 9:00 pm EST Tate Funeral Home in Jasper, TN.
Funeral services will be Saturday, March 7th, 2020 at 12:00 pm CST/1:00 pm EST in the Chapel of Tate Funeral Home with Brother Frank Young and Brother Roger Webb officiating her service.
Peggy will be laid to rest at Sequatchie Valley Memorial Gardens in Jasper, TN following the funeral service.
