Services for Alice Monroe age 74 of Greenfield, TN, will be held Friday March 6th at 2 p.m. at Williams Funeral Home; with burial to follow in Brock's Cemetery. Visitation will begin Thursday evening at the funeral home going from 6 pm to 8pm. It will resume Friday at 12 noon and go until time of service.
Mrs. Monroe was survived by her husband Jerry Dale Monroe of Greenfield, son Clint(Cindy)Monroe of Greenfield. She also leaves behind her sister Louise(Barry)Bishop, one grandson Dakota Betts, and granddaughter Callie Monroe.
She was preceded in death by her parents Ben Atkinson and Virginia Marie Atkinson, and grandson Max Betts.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested all donations be made to Le Bonheur Children's Hospital, St. Jude Children's Hospital, Diabetes and Cancer Societies, and the Greenfield Church of Christ Costa Rica Mission Fund.
