Lonnie Stephens, 81 of Ramona, Oklahoma passed away on Saturday, July 2, 2016 in a Tulsa hospital. He was born August 23, 1934 near McAlester, Oklahoma in Pittsburg County to the late James Franklin Stephens and Nettie Anna Stovall Stephens.

Lonnie was a buyer, collector and trader of Cub Cadet tractors, in fact he had a business called "Lonnie's Cub Cadet". He loved the outdoors and spending quality time with his K-9 companion, Ebony. He loved to talk and could carry on long conversations with people over the phone and in person. He was a former employee of McDonnell Douglas in Tulsa where he worked as a mechanic for many years.

He is survived by his wife of 23 years, Velma Laughlin Stephens of the home; two sons, Robert D. Stephens and wife Barbara of Okmulgee, Oklahoma and Ronnie A. Stephens of Collinsville, Oklahoma; one daughter, Becky Gray and husband Charles of Collinsville, Oklahoma; five grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives. He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Leon Brock and Edward Parker.
