Mr. Hart was a mechanic for Guyton Auto and Electric. He was a U.S. Army veteran of WWII and a member of the Presbyterian faith.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Lucien Hart and Myra Rushing Hart; and three brothers, John Homer Hart, James Edward Hart and Arthur Hart.

He was survived by his wife of 58 years, Nancy Alice Edwards Hart of McComb; two daughters, Virginia Zeigler of McComb, and Madolyn H. Terrell and husband George of Liberty, MS; one sister, Doris Lucille Flowers of Denton, TX; a nephew, Mickey Hart and wife Diane of Grandbury, TX; 2 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
