Travilah, Md., beloved husband of Mary Frances
Lowe, father of Frances M. and Raymond L. Lowe, Jr.,
son of Mazie and the late R. Thomas Lowe,
brother of Ethel L. Stubbs, and Thomas T. Lowe. Remains
resting at the Colonial Funeral Home of Robert
A. Pumphrey, Rockville, Md., where services will
be held friday, October 2, at 2 p.m. Interment
Potomac Methodist Church Cemetery.
