Born in Philadelphia, PA on April 14, 1960, he was a son of the late Joseph and Mary Elizabeth (Pease) Jordan. Surviving is his loving family including three sisters: Carol Jordan of Bridgeport, PA, Patricia Biddy of Phoenixville, PA, and Kathleen “Terry” Pierce of Coventry, PA; two brothers, Joseph Jordan of North Coventry and Stephen T. Jordan of Bridgeport, PA; Doris Danyanovitch "Aunt Dolly" of Franklinville, NJ; many nephews and nieces; and many other loving family members and friends.
Chris was a former member of Bridgeport Fire Company #1 and had many wonderful memories of those he served with. He also had a love for animals, especially dogs. Chris particularly enjoyed playing catch with his great-nephews. Most of all, he will be remembered as a kind-hearted Gentle Giant.
Chris' Divine Liturgy will be held at SS. Peter & Paul Ukrainian Church, 519 Union Ave., Bridgeport, PA on Thursday, June 22, 2017 at 10:00 am. The family will receive relatives and friends on Thursday from 9 to 9:50 am, at the church. The family will bury following the service in St. Augustine Cemetery in King of Prussia, PA.
