Mrs. Jeys died Friday at Mercy Hospital.
Romelle Foster married Glenn Ohl in 1933 in Davenport. She later married Don Jeys in 1947 in Davenport.
She retired in 1979 from the recorder's office, Scott County Court, where she had been employed 10 years.
Survivors include Glen Daut; sons Darryl Ohl, Davenport, and Merrill Ohl, Blue Grass; four grandchildre; and a great-grandchild.

Announcement is made of the marriage of Romelle Foster Ohl, daughter of Mrs. Alvina Foster, Davenport, to Don Jeys, son of Joseph E. Jeys, Fort Dodge, Ia., which took place at 3 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 1, in St. Paul's Lutheran church with the Rev. Emerson Miller officiating at the double ring ceremony. Mrs. Orpha Ohl was matron of honor and Jacqueline and Beverly Ohl acted as junior bridesmaids. Howard Ralston, Clinton, Ia., served as best man. Ushers were Darrell Mairet and Donn E. Jeys.
The bride was given in marriage by her cousin, William McCrellias.
The bride attended Davenport schools and Mr. Jeys received his education in the schools of Fort Dodge. The latter served 14 months in the navy, and since his honorable discharge in March, 1945, has been employed as branch manager of the L.B. Price Mercantile Co., in Davenport.
