Richard Clyde Grant, Jr., 73, of Chattanooga, TN, passed away March 1, 2020, peacefully with his loving family by his side.

He is survived by his loving wife of 37 years, Fay Grant; his daughters, Caysie (Jerry) Evans and Rebecca Mullis; his sister, Gretchen (Jim) Joyner; and five grandchildren, Izaak, Ethan, Ashlee, Allison, and Abbey.

Richard was employed at First Tennessee Bank and retired after 35 years as vice president. He was currently employed at Raymond James as a financial advisor.

Richard was very active in the community and served on many boards in the Chattanooga area.

A memorial service will be held at 1:30 PM on Thursday, March 5, 2020 at First Cumberland Presbyterian Church, 1505 N Moore Rd, Chattanooga, TN 37411, with Rev. Dr. Courtney Krueger officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in his honor to the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
