Four Oaks, NC: Mr. Christopher Carl “Chris” Lee, age 43, passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 1, 2020 at the SECU Hospice House in Smithfield following a courageous battle with cancer. Funeral Services will be 3:00 PM, Wednesday, March 4, 2020 at Stewart’s Chapel Pentecostal Free Will Baptist Church, 2900 Devils Racetrack Road, Four Oaks, NC. Officiating will be Revs. Freddy Wayne Langston and Curtis Pierce. Burial will follow in the Lee Family Cemetery on the family farm.

Chris was born on November 15, 1976 in Johnston County to Tony Delmon Lee and Wanda Lee both of Four Oaks. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Julie Neal Lee, grandparents, Delmon Lee, Edith and Bill Davis and Frances Hinnant. Chris loved farming, and farmed alongside his father and brothers with Lee and Sons Farms. He was a member of Stewart’s Chapel Pentecostal Free Will Baptist Church.

Surviving in addition to his mother and father include his wife of 15 years, Letitia Delano Lee; daughters, Mary Lauren Lee and Jana Brooke Lee; brothers, Clint Lee and significant other, Dee Massengill; Cameron Lee and wife, Emily; sister, Savannah Rhodes and husband, Matthew; nieces, Ashlyn Lee, Leeanna Rhodes and Karlee Parker; nephew, Grayson Rhodes all of Four Oaks; grandfather, Shelton Hinnant of Meadow; mother-in-law, Robyn Neal of Stoneville, NC; mother and father-in-law, Norman and Denise Delano of Benson.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM-8:00 PM, Tuesday, March 3, 2020 at Rose & Graham Funeral Home in Benson and other times at his home.
