Earl R. Bennett, 87, of Walbridge, Ohio passed away on Sunday, March 1, 2020 at ProMedica Ebeid Hospice Residence. He was born on September 18, 1932 in Toledo, Ohio to Earl and Ogreta Bennett. Earl was a graduate of Scott High School and served in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean War. He worked many years for National Family Opinion as a supervisor, until his retirement. Earl was a devoted husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. In his spare time, he enjoyed playing golf, spending time with his family, and working in his garage with his shopsmith making wooden items for sale or gifts for family and friends.
Earl is survived by his daughters, Tammy Ludwig and Tina Bogart; grandchildren, Brittany (Blair) Ellenberger, David Bogart, Ashley Ludwig, and Ryan Ludwig; great-grandchildren, Sophia, Connor, and Grady; and his sisters-in-law, Bonnie Lutzmann and Betty Holst. He was preceded in death by his parents and wife, Shirley.
