Terry L. Petty, 65, of Levelland, passed away on November 27, 2017. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, December 2, 2017, at 10 am at George Price Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Jesse Hodge officiating. Interment will follow at the City of Levelland Cemetery. Terry was born on June 13, 1952, in San Diego, CA. to Gyn and Evelyn Petty. He graduated from Levelland High School in 1970, and then attended Sam Houston State and graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education with a minor in Math. He coached girls basketball at numerous high schools around Texas while also teaching math. He is preceded in death by his father Gyn Petty and a sister Robin Petty. Those left to cherish his memory are his mother Evelyn Petty; brother Larry Petty; daughter Lisa Petty; and five nieces and two nephews.
