Bathsheba was baptized on 27 February 1641/42 in Barnstable, Plymouth Colony. Name spelled as "Bathsha" by her father.

Bathsheba married Benjamin Bale (sometimes Beal or Beale) about 1668. This was a first marriage for them both. They had 4 children:
Benjamin
Mercy
John
Mary

Bathsheba became a widowed about 1680. She was the executor of Benjamin's estate.

Bathsheba married Alexander Marsh about 1691. This was a second marriage for them both. They had no children. He widowed her, dying 7 March 1697/8. His will identifies her as Bathsheba.
