Frances Marie Fowler "Pam", 78, a loving mother, wife, Memaw, great-Memaw, passed away Monday, Feb. 24, 2020. at Life Center of Haltom.
Frances was born July 25, 1941, in Magnolia Springs, Texas. Frances met and fell in love with her husband, Edward Fowler, and married April 1958. Soon after she gave birth to four beautiful children. Raising her family was her ultimate accomplishment. As a military family they lived many places together. After 20 years of being a part of the Air Force family she made Haltom City, Texas her home. Frances was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Lee Fowler; two daughters, Terri Lee Mabe and Patricia Lee Fowler; sister; Donnie Bell Hawthrone; brother, Delta Ray Monk; and her best friend, Billie Hill.
Survivors: Sons, Randy Lee Fowler and Mark Alan Fowler, and their wives, Angela and Janice Fowler; son-in-law, Mark Mabe; grandchildren, Christopher Mabe and fiancee, Tracey Farquhar, Matthew and Daniel Mabe, Michael Fowler and wife, Elizabeth Fowler, Megan Fowler, Ashlee Fowler Byrom and husband, Joshua Byrom; great-grandchildren, Lucille Mabe, Carter Fowler, Quinn Fowler; sister, Kathy Phillips; and numerous nieces and nephews.
