Services for William Lewis Goff were Tuesday at the Scotts Hill Pentecostal Church with the Rev. Cleo Kelly and the Rev. Gordon Jackson officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery with Pafford Funeral Home in charge.
Mr. Goff, 94, died Sunday night at the Decatur County General Hospital after a long illness.
He was a retired farmer and had lived in Scotts Hill all his life. He was a member of the Pentecostal church.
He leaves two sons, Hubert Goff of Scotts Hill and Ewing Goff of Jackson; a daughter, Mrs. Mary E. Green of Memphis; a brother, Lester Goff of Scotts Hill; eight grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
