Beverly Sue Bowman
12/08/1942 - 02/18/2020
Beverly Sue Bowman, age 77, of Xenia, Ohio, formerly of Hamilton, Ohio, passed into God’s presence on Tuesday, February 18, at home surrounded by family, friends, and fur babies Chuck, Moses, Grace, and Sam.

Born December 8, 1942, at Mercy Hospital in Hamilton, she graduated from Fairfield High School, worked diverse jobs throughout her life, devoted time to her family and friends, enjoyed many seasons of productions from Greater Hamilton Civic Theatre and Middletown Lyric Theatre, traveled extensively across the United States, and loved music from most genres and artists – especially the 1950s and Elvis.

She was preceded in death by her parents Marion “Chip” Earhart and Margaret (nee Pierce) Walls; husband Everett “Doug” Bowman; brothers Norman “Butch” Earhart and Jerry Earhart; longtime best friend Gloryanna Simon; and special aunt Irene Pierce. She is survived by her three daughters Lynette Estridge Hodnicki, Lynda Hunt, and Brandi Bowman; grandchildren Bill Mayers, Kenneth Mayers, Justin Martin, Jordan Martin, Dakota Harbaum, and Sabrina Bowling; 5 great-grandchildren; sisters-in-law Sherry Earhart and Barb Earhart; nephew Jerry Earhart, Jr.; and future son-in-law Victor Simha.

Beverly’s family wishes to express their appreciation to two special women, Cindy Morris and JoAnne Lawler, who provided Beverly and her family with years of caring friendship, and to all the people at Hospice of Dayton who supported us during our most uncertain days. She was treasured by many people who knew her, and our memories of her are an everlasting comfort.
