Mrs. Faye Marie McAlpin Bell, age 84, of Tallapoosa, GA, passed away February 26, 2020.
She was born January 20, 1936, in Muscadine, AL, to the late Robert Clyde and Vena Smith McAlpin.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband of 68 years, Thomas “Junior” Ed Bell, Jr.; and two brothers, Garland McAlpin and Houston McAlpin.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Donna and Neil Owens, of Tallapoosa; two grandsons, Seth Owens and Elijah Owens; a sister and brother-in-law, Eddie Jean and Joe Wilson, of Tallapoosa; and a sister-in-law, Betty McAlpin, of Heflin, AL.
Funeral services will be held Friday, February 28, 2020, in the Miller Funeral Home Dogwood Chapel with Bro. Joe Wilson officiating.
Gentlemen serving as pallbearers will be Seth Owens, Elijah Owens, Joey Wilson, Mark McAlpin, Ralph Brown, and J.L.Little.
Interment will follow in Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday evening between the hours of 5:00 and 8:00PM.
