Phil is the son of Washington Perry and Anecha (Anica) Williams.

He is a brother to Solomon, George, Laura, Sally and Ludy.

Phil married Lillian King on 21 Dec 1912. They are the parents of George, Gladys Viola, Fred, India Louise, Anna and Thomas Perry.

Phil was admitted to the hospital on Christmas 1936. His death 11 months later was attributed to Exhaustion from Senile Dementia.
