Paul Pena Jr. October 6, 1946 to February 23, 2020 of Robstown, Texas, passed away in peace on Sunday, February 23, 2020.

Paul was born October 6, 1946, in Robstown, TX, to Pablo Pena Sr. and Rosa Garcia. Paul proudly served in the U.S. Marine Corps as a Corporal. He is a Vietnam Veteran who served 3 tours, and was given the following service medals: National Defense Medal, Vietnam Service Medal, Vietnam Campaign Medal, and Good Conduct Medal. He spent his career at the U.S. Postal Service for 22 years before he retired in 1996. He was a die-hard Raiders fan, and was formerly known as the Pink Panther for his love of lowriders. He enjoyed cooking out with a cold beer, playing the lotto, and spending time with his family.

He was preceded in death by his father, Pablo Pena Sr, his mother, Rosa Garcia Castro, and his sister, Melinda Hanks.

He is survived by his wife, Ofilia Guzman Pena, four children: Paul Pena III, Peggy Pena Alvarez and husband Adolph Alvarez, Monica Pena, and Jose A. Pena; 11 grandchildren: Cecilia Pena, Alexius Pena, Angel Alvarez, Apolonia Alvarez, Abigil Alvarez, Victoria Ybarra, Adriana Ybarra, Nathaniel Pena, Josiah Pena-Johnson, Natalie B. Pena, and Joseph A. Pena; 1 great-grandchild: Madalyn A. Pena. Also surviving are 14 siblings: Jose Castro, Daniel Castro Jr., Odilia Renteria, Rose Marie Castro Hoggard, Griselda Perry, Al Pena, Richard Pena, Robert Pena, Diana Moreno, Delma Hernandez, Florence Martinez, Rev. Tiodula Pena and Janet Leija.
