Carolyn Steele, 55, of Toledo passed away Monday, February 24, 2020 at University of Toledo Medical Center. Carolyn was born in Paintsville, KY to the late Dave and Geneva Gross-Reed. Besides her parents, Carolyn was also preceded in death by her husband: Clarence Steele; brother: George Herman Cleaver; sister: Sharon Kay Weddington.
Left to cherish her memory is her daughters: Angela Steele, April Steele; grandchildren: Jacob Rivera, Chelsee Rivera, Richard Brewer III, Alyciana Steele, Adrian Steele, Antonio Steele, Ashton Steele; sisters: Cluadia Miracle, Leveda (Jedd) Hancock, Marcella (Wayne) Shore, Mary McCoy, Debbie (Shannon) Heinlen, Judith (Joe) Rodecap, Tammy (William) Brown; brothers: Willie Lackey, Dave (Brenda) Reed Jr., Michael (Melissa) Reed.
Carolyn was a loving mother, grandmother, sister and a devoted friend to so may who will be deeply missed. She loved her computer, ice, sewing, crocheting, cooking, coloring and painting. Who main love was spending time with family and friends.
Interment will be held at a later date at Springfield Township Cemetery.
