Elizabeth “Libby” Kay Shifflett, 61, of Martinsburg, passed away on Tuesday, February 25, 2020.
Born on May 30, 1958 in Martinsburg, she was the daughter of Mary Lee Murray Mills and the late George Edward Mills.
She was a beloved mother and grandmother. She was well-known for working at Kitzies for many years.
She is survived by her husband, Ricky Lee Shifflett; one son, Eric Eells, (Jamye); one daughter, Jessica Elizabeth Shifflett; one step-daughter, Cynthia Palmer; five grandchildren, Keegan, Zachary, Jaxson, Thomas and Kayden.
Family will receive friends on Sunday, March 1, 2020 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Brown Funeral Home South Berkeley Chapel in Inwood.
Funeral services will be held on Monday March 2, 2020 at 11:00 AM at Second Baptist Church, 911 N High St, Martinsburg, WV 25404 with Pastor David Irvin officiating. Interment will be at Rosedale Cemetery.
