Mrs. Grace Rike

Mrs. Grace Rike, 72, R.R.2, West Alexandria, died Monday in Kettering Memorial Hospital at Dayton. She was the widow of David Rike.

Survivors include four daughters, Mrs. Sarah Waymire, Mrs. Ada Wysong, Mrs. Susanna Box and Mrs. Frances Sizemore, all of West Alexandria; five sons, Fred of Reed Town, Wis., Charles, Donald, Richard and Ted of Lewisburg; three sisters, Mrs. Anna Hoff, Lewisburg, Mrs. Mary Straszheim, Eaton, and Mrs. Nora King, Brookville; a brother, Vernon House of Farmersville; 33 grandchildren and 29 great-grandchildren.

Services for Mrs. Rike were held Friday in the First Brethren Church with Rev. Herbert Gilmer officiating and burial was in Fairview Cemetery. The Zimmerman Funeral Home was in charge of services.

Services Tomorrow For Mother of Local Residents

Mrs. Grace Rike, 72, of R.R.2, West Alexandria, died Monday at Kettering Hospital, Dayton.

She is survived by four daughters, Mrs. Sarah Waymire, Mrs. Ada Wysong, Mrs. Susie Box, all of West Alexandria; five sons, Fred of Reed Town, Wes., Charles, Donald, Richard and Ted, all of Lewisburg; 33 grandchildren and 29 great-grandchildren; three sisters, Mrs. Mary Straszheim of Eaton, Mrs. Nora King of Brookville, Mrs. Anna Hoff of Lewisburg; one brother, Vernon House of Farmersville.

Funeral services will be Friday (December 21, 1973) at 2 p.m. at the First brethren church in West Alexandria with Rev. Herbert Gilmer officiating. Burial will be in Fairview cemetery.

Friends may call at the Zimmerman funeral home in West Alexandria after 2 p.m. today (Thursday) and at the church after 1p.m. on the day of the service.
