He is survived by a son Chris Paul (Angie) of Evansville; daughters, Jillian Paul of Princeton, Brandi Paul Tatum of Elberfeld, and Michelle Hartley (David) of Tulsa; grandchildren, Emma, Grace, Mason, Logan, Ethan, Baron, Alex, and Ashli; sisters, Cheryl Mayo of Evansville and Sandra Elbrink of Evansville; many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Harold Alan Paul (Katrina).
Mike joined the Army November 1972 as an Armor Recon Specialist serving in 2/17th Cavalry, 101st Airborne Division, Fort Campbell, Kentucky. He worked for Duke Energy for twenty-three years.
