Billie Darlene Ford died on Sunday, February 23, 2020. She was born April 13, 1930 in Marlin, Texas to Albert W. and Rosa Lee (Drake) Cochran. She married William H. 'Red' Ford March 5, 1948 in Weatherford, Texas. He preceded her in death February 4, 2007. She was survived by a son, Tommy and wife Joni of Argyle, Texas; grandchildren, Colleen (Joey) Gillaspy, Patricia Enyart, Alissa (Anthony) Abeyta, Kristi Curtis (Eric) Shell, Raychelle Ford, Brent (Ashley) Curtis, Shane Ford; and several great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; brother, Dwayne; and a son, William. She was a longtime member of Bellevue Baptist Church in Hurst, Texas. She enjoyed reading, watching Texas Ranger baseball, camping and fishing in Colorado and visiting with her friends and family. After leaving her home of 59 years in Hurst, Texas, she moved to Rambling Oaks Courtyard in Highland Village, Texas where she quickly made many dear friends and was very happy living there. Services were held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, 28 February, at Lucas Funeral Home in Hurst, Texas, followed with interment at Bluebonnet Hills Hills Memorial Park Cemetery.
