Mark R. Cramer, 61, of Susquehanna Twp., formerly of Pottsville, died Sunday in Polyclinic Hospital.

He was president and CEO of Capitol Commercial Corp.; founder and developer with his late father of the TowneHouse Apartment Building and Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency Building; and president of Covenco Inc., and Signal Satellite Television Systems.

He was a former board member of the Pennsylvania National Bank; past director of the B'nai B'rith Apartments, Jewish Community Center, United Jewish Federation, International B'nai B'rith Housing Corp. and Harrisburg Cabinet of the Israel Bonds campaign; and life member of Beth El Temple and Jewish Home of Greater Harrisburg Guild and B'nai B'rith Salem Lodge, where he was past president.

Surviving are his wife, Nancy Abrams Cramer; and two sons, Joshua D. of New York City and Jeremy P. of Harrisburg.

Services and burial will be held at 3 p.m. today in Beth El Cemetery Chapel, Paxtang.

Shiva will be observed at the family residence.

Reese Funeral Home is handling arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made to the Mark R. Cramer Fund, care of Beth El Temple, 2637 N. Front St., Harrisburg, 17110.
