Kenneth Darrell Freeman, 65, of Pleasant Plains, Arkansas, while surrounded by family, passed from this life on Saturday, February 22, 2020. He was born June 14, 1954 in Newport, Arkansas to Letty Ruth Hays Freeman and Ethyl Allen Freeman.

Kenneth was a disabled truck driver and proudly taught his son, Matthew, this job skill. Kenneth loved fishing and enjoyed spending hours on the creek fishing with his family and friends. He loved all sports but most of all baseball. He enjoyed teaching young people his love for the game and spent many years coaching baseball for the summer baseball program in Pleasant Plains. He also enjoyed spending time with family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents and wife, Debbie Lynn Addington Freeman.

Survivors: children, Shannon Lynn Freeman Strother (Michael) of Floral, AR, Shellie Ann Freeman of Thida, AR and Matthew Darrell Freeman (Amber) of Blackland, AR; grandchildren, Lyndise, Jaycie, Shane, Gavin, Shaie, Beckett, Peyton and Alice; great-grandchild, Novalie; siblings, six brothers, Gaylord Freeman, Henry "Red" Freeman, Presley Freeman, Raymond Freeman, Wayne Freeman, and Timothy "Bobo" Freeman; sister, Letty Sue Freeman Addington.

Kenneth requested no services be held in his honor, but instead he would like his family and friends to remember him with happy and joyful life memories filled with laughter and most of all love.
