GARRETTSVILLE - Timothy J. Weiss, age 51 of Garrettsville, went home to be with the Lord suddenly on Friday, February 21, 2020.
He was born April 29, 1968, in Cleveland, Ohio, to parents Anita (Robbins) and Richard Weiss. Tim graduated from Troy Baptist in Troy Township in 1986.
While going through his high school years, he met and fell in love with the love of his life, Joselle Stence. They were married June 9, 1990, and Tim was a loving and devoted father to his 12 children: Anthony, Grant (Hannah), Timothy, Savanna., Mitchell, Jarrett (Savannah), Ben, Jeremiah., Isaac, Drew, Olivia, and Ella.
Tim is now reunited with his daughter Savanna, son Jeremiah, and father Richard. In addition to his wife and children, Tim is survived by his mother and step-father Anita (Clarence) Miller, sisters Vicki (Rob) Coleman and April Cowden, and his granddaughter Donna.
Tim was a dedicated husband and father who enjoyed playing sports and video games with his kids and going on shopping trips with Joselle. He was a successful business man, owning and operating the Italian Garden in Garrettsville for over 20 years.
Friends and family will be received Tuesday, February 25, 2020, from 12:00 – 2:00 PM and 4:00 – 7:00 PM at the Bethel Baptist Church, 745 N. Freedom St., Ravenna, where funeral services will be officiated by Pastor David Ballert on Wednesday at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow at Harrington Cemetery in Nelson Township.
