In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers: Tommy Foley, Jimmy Foley, Gene Foley; and one sister, Nancy Graham.
He was a member of Unity Missionary Baptist Church and was a self-employed logger in Patrick County.
He was a NASCAR fan, loved restoring old cars: 1957 Ford Fairlane, 1955 Chevrolet Belair, and loved his family.
The funeral will be held at noon on Saturday, February 22, 2020, at Unity Missionary Baptist Church in Stuart, VA, with Pastor Ed Hartman and Pastor Danny Gilley officiating. Burial will be at Unity Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends one hour before the service from 11:00 am to 12:00 noon at Unity Missionary Baptist Church.
