Travis Michael Acosta, age 29 of Marshall, Arkansas passed from this life on Thursday, February 20th, 2020. He was born in South Lake Tahoe, California on January 30th, 1991 to David Alvin Mason and Tina Marie Acosta.
Travis was a veteran of the US Navy where he served as a boatswain mate. He served for 7 years and 11 months and was awarded a Navy Achievement medal, Navy Good Conduct medal, National Defense Service medal, Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service medal, Navy Sea Service Deployment ribbon, Navy Expert Rifleman medal and Navy Sharpshooter Pistol Shot ribbon.
Survivors include his wife, Molly Clingersmith Acosta; one daughter, Adrienne Acosta who is 3 years old; parents, David and Tina Mason; and many other family and friends who will mourn his passing.
Memorial services with military honors for Travis will be 1:00 PM Friday, February 28th, 2020 at the Church of God, 901 Hwy 62 E, Flippin, Arkansas 72634 with Bro. Heith Hogan officiating.
