Henderson, TN - Traci Johnson, 18, a 1993 graduate of Chester County High School and a freshman pre-pharmacy major at Freed-Hardeman University, died Tuesday at the Jackson-Madison County General Hospital in Jackson, Tennessee.

Services will be at 3 p.m. today at the Henderson Church of Christ, where she was a member, with burial in Chester County Memory Gardens. Leon Johnson Funeral Home has charge.

She was president of the student council for two years, a cheerleader for three years, a member of the tennis team and voted Most Likely to Succeed at Chester County High School. She was an officer of the National Honor Society, a member of Chester County High School Stripers, an alternate to Girls State, an alternate to Miss Chester County High School and was among Who's Who of American High School Students. A member of the Spanish Honor Society, she had graduated in the top 10 percent of her high school class.

Miss Johnson, leaves her parents, Ricky and Brenda Johnson, a brother, Jeddira Johnson, and her grandparents, Gertrude Sheffield and Lucille Johnson, all of Henderson.
