On January 6, 2006, God chose another delicate flower for His garden. Evangelist Deborah Jeanette Dukes (Kim), was born September 14, 1968 to George A. Dukes Sr. and the late Essie Minick Dukes in Fort Gordon, Georgia. She was the youngest of 6 children and grew up in Richmond County.

Deborah attended the public schools of Richmond County and was a graduate of Westside High School, Augusta, Georgia. She was a graduate of Augusta Technical College. She worked as a phlebotomist, and also substituted in the Aiken County Schools.

She dedicated her life to the Lord. She was anointed to teach and preach the gospel of Jesus Christ.
