Mr. Schneider, 79, of Ball, entered eternal rest on Thursday, February 20, 2020, in his residence.
He was a proud retired United States Marine and United States Air Force Staff Sergeant , serving his country in the Vietnam War. He grew up on a dairy farm on Oregon Hill in Morris, PA. He was married to his beautiful soulmate for over fifty years and enjoyed hunting and fishing. He was a devout Christian who loved the Lord and his family immensely. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Byron and Louise Schneider and his wife, Hazel Pike Schneider.
Those left to mourn his loss and cherish his memory include one son, Morgan Schneider and his wife, Cindy, of Prospect; one daughter, Tammy Camp and her husband, Warren, of Pineville; one brother, John Schneider, of Utah; two sisters, Linda Goodreau and her husband, Dave, of Virginia and Connie Barker, of Pennsylvania; three grandchildren, Stephanie Camp, of Burrferry, Steven Camp, of Pheonix, AZ. and David Schneider, of Prospect and two great grandchildren, Karson Adams and Kohl Adams.
Friends may call at Rush Funeral Home, Pineville, on Tuesday, February 25, 2020, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Visitation will resume on Wednesday, February 26, 2020, at 9:00 a.m. until time of service.
