A life-long resident of Norwalk, Fran graduated from Norwalk High School in 1949 and was a graduate of Butler Business School in NYC. In June 1952, she married John and was a loving wife, beloved mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Fran enjoyed spending time with her family, taking exceptional care of all, including many pets.
Survivors are her daughters, Frances T. Cummings, Alice T. Prunotto, Margaret T. Barrella and her husband Peter; 3 grandchildren, Joseph A. Prunotto, Ill and his wife Alison, Rachel A. Winslow and her husband Peter and Peter-John Barrella and 3 great granddaughters, Kaylee Winslow, Julie Prunotto and Megan Prunotto.

A mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at noon in St. Thomas the Apostle Church, 203 East Avenue, Norwalk. Interment will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery.
