Rita was the beloved mother of Cara Clemens and the late Kathleen (late Timothy) Gibbons; dearest grandmother of Jena (Mark) Zehner and Aron Wills; dear great-grandmother of Brandon and Zachary; dearest sister of the late Robert O'Neil Jasper; special aunt of Gary Jasper; our dear aunt, cousin and friend.
Rita was an active, faithful member of Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church in St. Ann and their choir. She was a retired Social Worker for the State of Missouri and the first in her family to go to college and get a degree. Rita loved to help others and so in retirement, she volunteered with the Normandy Meals-on-Wheels program and with the Community Helping Ministry in Bridgeton. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends.
Services: In honor of Rita's Irish heritage, the Celebration of Life service will be on St. Patrick's Day, Tuesday, March 17 at Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church, 4161 Cypress Road, St. Ann, Missouri (314-739-3222) with a reception following. Burial is private at Memorial Park Cemetery, 5200 Lucas and Hunt Road, Normandy, Missouri.

They suggest her church, Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church (4161 Cypress Road, St. Ann, MO 63074), Normandy Meals-on-Wheels (Meals On Wheels of Greater St. Louis, P.O.
