Miss Brooke LeAnne Cook, age 24, passed away on Sunday, February 16, 2020 at her home. Miss Cook was born on November 30, 1995 in Loris, SC to Corneilus Cook Stevens of Tabor City, NC and the late, Lloyd Darren Cook. Miss Cook was a member of New Horizon Baptist Worship Center in Tabor City, NC.
Survivors including her mother are her step-father, John Stevens of Tabor City, NC; her children, Zaccheaus Cook of Tabor City, NC, Kaylee Faircloth of Longs, SC and Sophia Brown of Little River, SC; her paternal grandparents, Vernon Cook and wife, Linda of Loris, SC; maternal grandparents, Ruthie Rabon of Loris, SC and O’Neal Richardson and wife, Stephanie of Aynor, SC; step-grandmother, Betsy Prince and husband, Mion of Loris, SC; three sisters, Alexis Cook and Courtney Cook both of Tabor City, NC and Emilee Cook of Loris, SC and one step-sister, Courtney Stevens of Tabor City, NC.
Visitation will be held from 6:00 until 8:00 PM on Friday, February 21, 2020 at Hardwick Funeral Home in Loris, SC. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, February 22, 2020 at Hardwick Memorial Chapel with Rev. Dr. Thomas Ward officiating. Committal services will follow at Twin City Memorial Gardens in Loris, SC.
