Jerry Wayne Elliott, 68 of Phenix City, Alabama passed away Monday, February 17, 2020 in Columbus, GA. A Celebration of Life Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 P.M. Saturday, February 22, 2020 in Lakewood Hall at Striffler-Hamby, Phenix City, AL with Pastor Donnie Lumpkin officiating. The family will receive friends Friday evening from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Mr. Elliott was born November 22, 1951 in Columbus, Georgia; son of the late Tommie and Mary Jones Elliott. He was a contractor and had many hobbies throughout his life to include deer hunting, guns, dirt track racing, raised and raced pigeons, was an avid Auburn fan and loved Creedence Clearwater Revival. Other than his parents, he was preceded in death by his sisters, Katherine Fields and Myra Ann Craig, brother, Larry Lawhorn and his fur baby "Cooper". Survivors include his wife, Terri Elliott, children, Tommie Elliott, Lynn Facio (Jose), Jay Elliott (Stepheni), Andrew Elliott; sister, Judy Lawhorn, grandchildren, Ashlyn, Jacob, Reina, Mareli, TaTa, Junior, Miranda, Nadley, Brinlee, Coy, Faith and fur babies, "Peanut and Heat" and numerous nieces, nephews.
