BELLEFONTE— Funeral services were held at Aaronsburg for Mrs. Ruth M Bartges, who died in the Centre County Hospital here Thursday, June 1, 1967.
Mrs. Bartges, a native of Aaronsburg, was a retired teacher, and former active member of the Order of Eastern Star and the Grange.
Mrs. Bartges was survived by her husband, Paul M. Bartges; a son, Paul F. Bartges; a brother, John Winkelbleck, and a sister, Mrs. Paul Smith, all of Aaronsburg.
Mrs. Bartges was a past matron of the Eastern Star at Centre Hall, a member of the state and national Granges, who had served as lecturer of Centre County Pomona, and had been assistant secretary of the Centre County Mutual Fire Insurance Co.
