Brent was born in Lansing, Michigan to Orval Barnes and Bertha Moore-Barnes on October 29, 1938. He was a people person and friend to all. He graduated from Lansing Eastern High School in 1956. Brent was a loving father and grandfather.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Orval and Bertha Barnes.
Survivors: Son and daughter-in-law, Blake and Stephanie Barnes; Daughter and son-in-law, Penny and Baron Tucker; 4 grandchildren, and numerous family and friends from across the country.
