He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Eugene and Clara Matheney Cuthbertson, his paternal grandfather, Verner Evans, an uncle, Tim Norton, and a cousin, Megan Cox.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by a sister, Rebecca (Corey) Leathers, of Gallatin, Tn, a brother, Joseph (Casey) Evans, of Marion, Ky; a nephew, Noah Leathers, of Gallatin, a niece, Lorales Evans, of Marion, Ky; his paternal grandmother, Ruby Evans, of Big Sandy; aunts and uncles, Paula (Dr. Wm.) McCarthy, of Sheldon, Illinois, Patricia Norton, of Naperville, Illinois, Penny (Greg) Grisham, of Lebanon, Tn, Pamela (Bennie) Fedor, of Plainfield, Illinois, Frank (Cher) Cuthbertson, of Mt. Juliet, Tn, Paula Cox, of Camden, and many cousins.
