HENRY McINTOSH was the son of Josiah Joseph "Joe" McIntosh and Mrs. Rachel Tenner McIntosh.

He worked as a farmer.

By 1880, he was married to Mrs. Molly Tyler McIntosh. The known children included Tena McIntosh, Mollie Ann McIntosh, Charlie McIntosh, Maggie McIntosh, Rosa McIntosh and James McIntosh.

He married again in 1887 to his second wife, Mrs. Mary McGowin McIntosh. To their union, at least nine children were born including Roxie McIntosh, Millie A. McIntosh, Jasper McIntosh, David McIntosh, Mattie McIntosh, Jeffrey McIntosh, Mae Ollie McIntosh, Lottie May McIntosh, Pearline McIntosh and Willie Eva McIntosh.

He married once more in 1929 to Mrs. Cora (McIntosh) McIntosh. Prior to their marriage, her known children included Eddie McIntosh, Sylvester McIntosh, Johnnie V. McIntosh, David McIntosh, Lula V. McIntosh, Arie McIntosh, Joel McIntosh (twin) and Jewell McIntosh (twin).

Burial arrangements were managed by undertaker M. Garmon, of Jefferson, Texas.

Jeffrey Harvey, of Jefferson, was the informant on the death certificate.

Note: He was reflected in the 1880 census as the 21-year-old husband with his first wife, Molly, and the infant daughter, Tena. Therefore, a more accurate birth year of 1858 is reflected in this memorial. His mother, born in Arkansas, was last reflected in the 1900 census as Tena Soloman {60-year-old, widowed} who was living in Henry's home along with his family.
