Ethel Warrick Strickland, 93, died Wednesday morning. She was born in Wayne County to the late William Richard and Sarah Carter Warrick. She was married to the late Ernest David Williams . She married a second time, to the late George Norwood Strickland. After 26 years, she retired from Borden Manufacturing.
Graveside services will be held Friday at 2 p.m. at Wayne Memorial Park with the Rev. Jack Sauls officiating.
She is survived by one stepdaughter, one stepson; 10 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren/
She is preceded in death by two daughters, Mildred Pierce and Mattie Ott.
