November 18, 1946 ~ February 3, 2020 (age 73)
Linda Dillon Hood 73, gained her angel wings to travel to her forever home for all eternity on February 3rd 2020! She was born to the late William Edgar Dillon Sr. and Odessa Peeples Dillon. She was preceded in death by her baby brother William Edgar Dillon Jr., who only lived 3 days after birth, her daughter, Lisa Riggs and son in law Glenn Riggs and her late husband “Tommy” Waverly Thomas Hood, Jr.
Linda is survived by her daughter Catherine Cox (Reid Stephans), her only grandson Ian (Melissa) Stephens and one fur baby, Angel, of the home, her only Granddaughter Linda Adams of Graham and 4 great grandchildren, LJ, Trinity, Christopher and Serenity of graham.
Linda always enjoyed taking multiple trips to the beach throughout the year. If you didn’t see her sunbathing then you could always catch her out on the pier fishing! She worked in textile mills for many many years. She loved to go dance the night away with the love of her life many nights of the week. And having fish for dinner every Friday night! The family would like to express all their gratitude to everyone who has been there for us through all of this.
