Joyce Mills Cobb, age 78, of London, Kentucky passed away on Saturday, February 15, 2020 at St. Joseph Hospital in London.
She leaves behind her loving husband of 55 years, Glenn Cobb; her daughter, Charla Wagers & husband Steven of London; two grandchildren, Will Wagers and Abby Wagers, plus a host of other family and friends to mourn her passing.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Ed and Stella Smallwood Mills; and by her brother, William Edward Mills.
Joyce was a member of First Baptist Church of London. She retired from the Laurel County Board of Education after 33 years, where she worked as a finance officer. Joyce taught at Clay Co. High School for several years..
Funeral services for Joyce Mills Cobb will be held on Tuesday, February 18, 2020, at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of House-Rawlings Funeral Home with Dr. Gregg Curtis officiating. Burial will follow at Manchester Memorial Gardens in Manchester, Kentucky.
