Michael Wayne Adkins of Campton, Kentucky departed this life Friday, February 14, 2020 at the age of 61 years. He was a son of the late Ova and Mable Sparks Adkins born in Campton, Kentucky on November 1, 1958. He was a brick layer by trade. He is survived by one daughter, Natasha Adkins of Mt. Sterling, Kentucky; one brother, Rondall Adkins of Campton, Kentucky; three sisters, Emma Morris and Mildred Crowe both of Campton, Kentucky and Alberta Helen Wireman of Prestonsburg, Kentucky and the mother of his daughter, Linda Adkins. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ova and Mable Sparks Adkins; three brothers, James Adkins, Jackie Adkins, and Kenneth Adkins; and two sisters, Thelma Mae Hatton and Marlene Adkins. He also leaves behind a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his passing. Serving as pallbearers; Darrell Hatton, Bill Morris, Chris Wireman, Marvin Adkins, Brian Lindon, Rocky D. Adkins, Jimmy Adkins and Randy Adkins. Serving as honorary pallbearers; Paul Dickey, Marvin Hollon, Mildred Crowe, Jimmy Weaver, Jason Miller, Rondall Adkins, Emma Morris and Alberta Wireman.
