Robert Joseph Swan, Sr., 86, passed away on January 1, 2017.
Mr. Swan was born in Philadelphia, PA. He was preceded in death by his parents Joseph Swan and Hilda Parker Swan and a sister Joyce Burke. He retired from the U.S. Navy after twenty-two years of service as a Boiler Technician Chief Petty Officer and from Civil Service at twenty years of service. He was a member of Fleet Reserve, #99 for forty years.

Survivors include his loving wife, Eileen F. Swan, three children Karen Fry and husband William, Robert J. Swan, Jr. and Kathy Swan; four grandchildren, Kimberly Fry, Sarah Fry Quadros and husband Mike, Gary Fry and wife Jenna, and Bobbi Jo Huntsman; five great grandchildren, Landon Quadros, Austin Quadros, Henry Fry, Donna Fry and Eric Huntsman.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Monday, January 9, 11am at Rosewood-Kellum Funeral Home. Interment will follow Rosewood Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Plaza Volunteer Fire & Rescue, Station 16.
