WINCHESTER--Funeral rites for Mrs. Rebecca J. Kennedy, 85, widow of B.F. Kennedy, will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Maynard and Walker Mortuary, the Reverend Harvey Thornburg in charge. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery. Friends may call at the residence after 6 p.m. Wednesday.
Mrs. Kennedy, who died at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at her home here, was a Randolph County native and a former resident of Parker.
Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Harl Pugh of Winchester; three grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren, and four great-great-grandchildren.
