Donna Jean Eaton, 85, of Washington, WV passed away February 13, 2020 at her residence. She was born March 3, 1934 in Belleville, WV to the late Carl and Hazel McCauley Gates. She had previously worked at Universal Supply as a Secretary and was a Homemaker. She attended Lubeck United Methodist Church where she was a member of the United Methodist Women and was a 55 year member of the Women’s Auxilliary of Lubeck Fire Department, Blennerhassett F.F.A.
Left to cherish her memory of 67 years of marriage is her husband, H. Edwin Eaton, son Mark and (Cheryl) Eaton of Lubeck, WV, two grandchildren, Caycee Pittman and Makala Wolfe and four great-grandchildren, Maylin, Alayna, Mylee and Nylea.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by an infant son, two half sisters, Frances Flinn and Virginia Wilburn and two brothers, Ernest and Carroll Gates.
Funeral Services will be Monday, February 17, 2020 at 11 a.m. at Kimes Funeral Home, 521-5th St., Parkersburg with Pastor Rod Blanchard officiating. Burial will follow at Lubeck Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday, February 16, 2020 from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm at the funeral home.
