James William Bullard, 31, of Paducah passed away at 8:20 pm on Sunday, February 9, 2020 at Frankfort Regional Medical Center in Frankfort, KY.

Mr. Bullard was a Firefighter for Concord Fire Department and worked for Greyhound Bus, a member of Southland Baptist Temple, Skills USA, Paducah Sky Warn and Concord Fire Department.

He is survived by his mother, Tina M. Hays of Paducah; stepfather, Michael T. Hays of West Lebanon, OH; stepmother, Mama Dolly Bullard; adopted parents, Darrell and Melissa Butler of La Center; brothers, Harold Gene Collins of Paducah, Bryan (Allison) Dillworth of Benton; Quint Brown of North Carolina; Joshua Shaffer of South Carolina; sister, Christina Bullard of Troy, NC; adopted sisters, Karleigh Butler of LaCenter, Brooke Dillworth of Paducah; 5 nieces, Karissa, Madison, Kassidy, Olivia, Gracie; 4 nephews, Andrew, Austin, Cayson, Jacob.

He was preceded in death by his father, James Harold Bullard.

Funeral services will begin at 11:00 am on Saturday, February 15, 2020 at Hughes Funeral Home of Paducah with Rev. Jimmy Franks officiating. Burial will follow at Liberty Cemetery in Folsomdale.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Friday, February 14, 2020 at the funeral home.
