Billy Banks Jr., 58, of Mount Pleasant died February 9, 2020.
He was born December 13, 1961 in Batesville to Billy Jefferson and Mary Lee (Winkle) Banks.
Billy enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren, using his CB radio, hanging out at Mount Pleasant gas station, hunting, and fishing.
He is survived by one daughter, Heather Banks (Rickey) of Batesville; one brother, Charles Winkle (Vicky) of Mountain View; one sister, Linda Trammell (Darrell) of Locust Grove; three grandchildren, Madison, Kaden, and Mason, and several nieces and nephews.
Billy is preceded in death by his parents.
Pallbearers are Garrett Smith, Roger Tate, Jason Banks, Rusty Tate, Roney Carraway, Robert Love, Steve Riley, and Darrin Trammel. Honorary pallbearers are Todd Banks and Adrain Childress.
Funeral services will be held February 17, 2020 at 2:00pm in the Roller-Crouch Chapel in Batesville with Larry Sellers officiating. Burial will follow at Barren Fork Cemetery in Mount Pleasant.
Visitations will be from 3:00pm until 5:00pm Sunday at the funeral home.
