When Shawn Edward Lee was born on July 29, 1963, in Clinton, Oklahoma, his father, Garland (Jack), was 25 and his mother, Kay, was 23. He had one son Daylon Self in 1986. He died on February 5, 2020, in his hometown at the age of 56.
His loving companion Beverly (Shaffer) VanLoon precedes him in death and his mother Carolyn Kay Ray also. Left to mourn his passing is his Father Garland "Jack" Lee, his son Daylon Self and wife Nicole and their 3 children, Breackyn, Harper and Crue, ,an older sister Garla Lee Wisdom, and 2 younger sisters Robin Lee Schimmels and Dionne Lee Schwab. Nieces and Nephews and lots of cousins.
His memorial service will be Feburary 22, 2020 at the United Methodist Church of Arapaho, Oklahoma at 2pm. Services will be officiated by Dean Brookshier. A small reception will be held afterwards followed by burial of his ashes at the Eakly Cemetery in Eakly, Oklahoma.
