Monica Jean Benefield Bradley, age 68 of Carrollton, passed away on Wednesday, February 12, 2020.

She was born on November 18, 1951, in Los Angeles, CA, to the late Dack Benefield and the late Eila McGuire Benefield.

Besides her parents she is preceded in death by her husband of 48 years, Ollie Herbert Bradley; and one brother, Darwin Benefield.

Monica leaves a legacy of unceasing prayer and strong devotion to God for her children and grandchildren.

Survivors include her two daughters, Tara Mayes and Jessica Bradley; a stepdaughter, Jennifer (Landon) Hammond; 10 grandchildren, Tristan Spears, Tarance Mayes, Caymon Mayes, Melany Mayes, Austin Bradley, Ava Bradley, Roman Daniel, Brandon (Lindsey) Hammond, Adam Hammond, and Lily Hammond; a sister and brother-in-law, Penni (Wayne) Jackson; and two brothers and a sister-in-law, Skip Benefield and Brandon (Lisa) Benefield.

The family will host a memorial service on Sunday, February 16, 2020, at Catalyst Church, 1103 SR-113 Carrollton, GA 30117 at 2:00 PM with Pastors Marc Limbaugh and Ben Bonner officiating.

The family will receive friends on Sunday at the church from 1:00 PM until the service hour.

Hutcheson’s Memorial Chapel & Crematory of Buchanan has charge of the cremation arrangements.
